Emotiforms

In October 2021, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Rather than burden others with my emotional rollercoaster and litany of complaints, fears, and frustrations, I channeled them into a number of emotive forms, which are characterized by or pertain to emotion. The use of trashed and discarded hubcaps (an homage to a dear friend) reflects not only the out-of-control trajectory of my life at that point, but life's wheel in general, revolving/evolving, broken/whole, but never truly under control."
